ARIA HOTLINE ™
01 / Intake

Voice Reporting Hotline — ARIA picks up.

ARIA answers in your organization’s name, in three languages. The AI agent conducts a structured conversation — listening, paraphrasing, skipping questions already answered.

  • Three languages
  • Anonymous or identified
  • Reference + access code
What makes ARIA different

No menu. No hold time. No “a representative will be with you shortly.”

Traditional hotline intake is a call center — press 1 for English, wait on hold, explain yourself to a stranger. ARIA picks up directly. The agent listens, structures the case file as the call proceeds, and the reporter is on the phone only for as long as they need to be.

02 / Triage queue

The case appears at the top of the queue.

The case file lands in the workspace — already structured, already prioritized. The reviewer sees it as the call finishes.

  • Severity-driven sort
  • SLA tracking
  • Audit-logged
03 / Triage

AI suggests. The reviewer decides.

Category and severity are AI-suggested in the case file — visibly labeled, with override controls one click away. Confirmation is required. The case cannot move forward until a reviewer either confirms the AI's suggestion or overrides it. Every decision is logged.

  • AI-suggested, never auto-confirmed
  • Override one click away
  • Decision logged per case
04 / Routing

The matrix routes the case. The customer wrote the matrix.

Routing rules are customer-authored. ARIA proposes a starting matrix per industry; compliance counsel ratifies it before it goes live. Before delivery, a conflict-of-interest scan runs — if the route would assign a case to someone named in it, the system flags the conflict and surfaces alternate paths.

  • Customer-authored matrix
  • Mandatory floor rules
  • Conflict-of-interest scan
05 / Review

Reviewers work the case in one workspace.

Transcript, notes, interviews, evidence files, the routing decision, the SLA timeline, and the corrective action plan all live on the same case page. Two-way anonymous chat with the reporter is preserved through the case lifecycle — reporters who file anonymously can follow up without identifying themselves.

  • Single case workspace
  • Anonymous two-way chat
  • Case audit log
06 / Resolution

The case closes. The record is permanent.

Findings, corrective action plan, and case closure are documented in the same workspace. The case becomes a permanent program record. Every action, every state change, and every reviewer who touched it is captured in the case audit log.

  • Corrective action tracked
  • Permanent program record
  • Case audit log
