Buyer questions
What buyers usually ask before signing.
How is ARIA different from a traditional hotline vendor?
Traditional hotline vendors capture the call and hand your team a transcript. ARIA delivers the full workflow in one product — voice and web intake, structured case file, routing, reviewer workspace, SLA tracking, and program reporting. Your reviewer opens a workable case, not a recording.
How does anonymous reporting actually work?
ARIA does not capture caller-ID or originating IP, does not require an account, and does not link the reference number back to identity. To return to their case, the reporter uses both a reference number and a separate access code — so a reference number alone is not enough to read or modify a report. Full technical details are in our security questionnaire.
What does implementation actually look like?
A typical white-label deployment is two weeks from signed order form to live: tenant configuration and walkthrough, then voice line provisioning, end-to-end testing, and go-live. Faster activation is possible for fully prepared tenants. Your team's time investment is two to four hours plus stakeholder communication.
Does ARIA conduct investigations?
No. ARIA is reporting and case-management infrastructure — your team works the cases in the workspace. When fact-finding requires resources beyond your internal capacity, ARIA can refer the matter to external third-party investigators; if legal review is involved, the customer engages counsel separately. Any third-party engagement is directly between the customer and that party.
