1. Acceptance
By accessing ariahotline.com or using the ARIA Hotline platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. These terms govern your use of our marketing site; use of the platform is additionally governed by your executed Order Form and Master Services Agreement.
2. Description of services
ARIA Hotline provides AI-powered compliance hotline services including voice intake, web intake, AI case structuring, a case management workspace, and regulatory reporting tools. Services are offered to organizations (clients) under a separate Master Services Agreement.
3. Permitted use
You may access ariahotline.com for lawful purposes related to evaluating or using ARIA Hotline services. You may not scrape, index, reproduce, or distribute content from ariahotline.com without written permission. You may not use the platform to submit false reports, test attack vectors, or bypass access controls.
4. Intellectual property
ARIA Hotline™ is a trademark of ReMyll Group LLC. All content on ariahotline.com — including text, design, and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to ReMyll Group LLC. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to use ARIA trademarks or reproduce our content.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
ariahotline.com is provided "as is" for informational purposes. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Platform services are provided under separate contract terms that include applicable service level commitments.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReMyll Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of ariahotline.com. Our total liability for direct damages arising from use of the marketing site shall not exceed USD $100.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Michigan.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of ariahotline.com after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will note the effective date below.
